What is the moisture content of the furniture?
All wood are kiln dried to 10-14 % moisture content to prevent any cracking, warping or splitting. We also do the kiln dry on our raw furniture, in fact we always do the kiln dry 2 times before the finish work.
How long is the production time?
Our production is 35-45 days after the deposit received, depends on kind of furniture and the finish you require.
Can i be assured of quality?
Yes. We only producing fine furniture. Our experienced quality contoller checked and reinspect each pieces of our product to achieve high quality furniture with the standard uniformity. We proudly say we never lost one buyer since we do this business.
How can i check your quality before i decide to purchase a conyainer of furniture?
Please come to our werwehouse or hire and agent to check the quality of our furniture. Alternatively, you can order samples which can be shipped to you at your cost.
How to payment term?
You could pay via T/T or L/C information can be found in the term of payment
How to set up production time?
Time that we need for the production of furniture is 45 days, starting from the deposit or we accept L / C, all that could be faster. Depending on the number of products ordered, we can discuss them in e-mail.
Do you use any chemical materials in your container to arbsorb humidity or destroy insects?
Yes, we always fumigate to the container and put arbsorber bags inside the container as well as silica gels inside the packed goods.
